As the longest night leaves us, we start to welcome the sun’s long journey back to earth.
Light is coming, its time to join together in ritual to let go of all that is not serving us.
Joining together from the comfort of our homes I will guide you through a very powerful letting go ritual, giving you space to celebrate the new year we have approaching.
Its time to honour mama nature and find REST in ceremony, restorative yin yoga, meditation and journaling.
