Connect with me online, honouring the Summer Solstice, activating our hearts and tuning into ourselves

in this very special virtual cacao ceremony

We will be using the most beautiful ceremonial cacao from Guatemala to enhance the heart chakra, blessing the cacao, setting intentions for ourselves and for our loved ones. Bringing in light and love to ourselves which will then radiate throughout the whole body.
Simple soft movements will be used to activate the cacao, you will then be led into a Anahata heart meditation,Summer Solstice ritual and then guided into slow, mindful and deep Yin practice that will help you tune out and give you space to just be you.

Its an afternoon of self care, a moment to check in with yourself and take time out.

In order for this to work, I will need to send you a little cacao pocket.

Inside there will be a ceremonial dose of cacao, and other mystic treats to enhance your home ceremony.

I need to rely heavily on Royal Mail delivering you the little pocket of love, and very excitingly I can now offer this ceremony to both UK and non UK residents!

There is limited space for this ceremony, I want to make it really intimate and personal.
