Connect with me online and activate your heart in this very special virtual cacao ceremony followed by slow mindful yin yoga, with crystals, essential oils and oracle cards.

In this ceremony we will be using beautiful ceremonial cacao from Guatemala to enhance the heart chakra, blessing the cacao, setting intentions for ourselves and for our loved ones. Bringing in light and love to ourselves which will then radiate throughout the whole body.
Simple soft movements will be used to activate the cacao, you will then be led into a Anahata heart meditation, followed by a slow, mindful and deep Yin practice that will help you tune out and give you space to just be you.

Its a sacred afternoon of self care, a moment to check in with yourself and take time out.

In order for this to work, I will need to send you a little cacao pocket. Inside here will be a ceremonial dose of cacao, and other mystic treats to enhance your home ceremony.

I need to rely heavily on Royal Mail delivering you the little pocket of love, and this time very excitingly I can now offer this ceremony to both UK and non UK residents!
