Joining together from the comfort of our homes I will guide you through a beautiful harvest ritual, celebrating the autumn arriving. We will honour the elements and express ourselves through soft yin yoga, a candle magic ritual, meditation, breath work and journaling.
This beautiful afternoon will allow you to completely unravel and unwind the delicate layers of the body, readying us to look a little deeper into what we want to call forward for this new season.
