Connect with me online and activate your heart in this very special virtual cacao ceremony followed by slow mindful yin yoga, with crystals, essential oils and oracle cards.

In this ceremony we will be using beautiful ceremonial cacao from Guatemala to enhance the heart chakra, blessing the cacao, setting intentions for ourselves and for our loved ones. Bringing in light and love to ourselves which will then radiate throughout the whole body.
Simple soft movements will be used to activate the cacao, you will then be led into a Anahata heart meditation, followed by a slow, mindful and deep Yin practice that will help you tune out and give you space to just be you.

Its an afternoon of self care, a moment to check in with yourself and take time out. You know you deserve this

LOGISTICS

In order for this to work, I will need to send you a little cacao pocket. Inside here will be a ceremonial dose of cacao, with a receipe style card on how to prepare your cacao.
Inside will also other mystical treats to enhance your home ceremony.

I need to rely heavily on Royal Mail delivering you the little pocket of love, so because of this I will be holding this ceremony for UK residents only. Apologies to those outside of UK.
